Color is my main thing in style and fashion. Honestly, I fell like anyone can rock color when the garment fits them well. Pairing the cranberry with the leopard print and green-navy heel, I was thinking, "This look will be fire!" Details of this look are below.
Yellow is EVERYTHING especially for Spring. Pairing this beautiful skirt with a simple oxford button down is definitely a chic move for such a "spring" affair, including yellow being the POP of color. Details of this look are below.
Classy and Chic: the way to be! I love a sexy dress styled up with much detail and a great color palette to accompany it. Definitely a favorite color of mine for the season. Details of this look are below.
I love army fatigue/camo! It's such a transitional color for olives, khakis, and nudes. I decided want to make this look "too masculine" with the addition of the boot and cross body bag. So, I paired the pleated back vest to the look in order to bring in a feminine touch and double chained necklace to bring out the chest area. Details of this look are below.
I love creativity....leading to the reason I created this look. The inspired "CHANEL" bag from Cierra Lynn had me completely stuck by the heart. I had to bring some type of look that wouldn't overpower the bag, but allow the colors to come through!
Just because you're plus size, it doesn't stop you from being fabulous in stripes. I love the mix of the leopard and stripes; the pop of color with the handbag that it's PERFECT. Details of this look are below.
There is nothing more sexy to me than a nice fit with neon colors. UGH! It just does something to me. I'm really big on P E P L U M and leather together for some reason. I guess it's the "American Bad Ass" in me. Details of this look are below.
I love off the shoulder ANYTHING. Especially a simple blouse that just flows, giving off a feminine and sexy feel. This look is VERY sexy, yet chic. I know that the designers are a bit pricey, but believe it or not, http://houseofchic.la has similar pieces for my ladies S-L, while http://citychiconline.com & http://eloquii.com has similar pieces for my plus size queens. Details of this looks are below.
Now don't get me wrong, Christian Louboutin pumps can be torturous on the feet, but I'm in love with the idea that he decided to create a range of nudes to fit the various shades of a woman's skin, including those with deeper melanin! The most elegant display of FLATS with the classic view of ballerinas in leotards and tulle skirts. I must say, I'm definitely scoring a pair for myself to wear to events that allow me to be seen without heels. Lol! If you're wanting to take a look for yourself, you can below!
I love a good combination of color blocking and mixing prints. For this particular look, I decided to go with a more detailed approach by making the dotted shirt the centerpiece, while placing POPs of color with the magenta of the heels and mustard of the cardigan. To tie the look in, I went for an abstract clutch that showcased multiple colors and prints to help balance out the extremes! Details of this look are below.
